History:
After years of being the defacto "caterer" for all of our family and community functions and per the constant urging from my relatives and friends, my husband and I began catering out of our home. Within months, our business grew to the point that we found it necessary to find a restaurant to call our own. At that point we began selling many of our catering items as "casseroles to go". Due to the growth of both sides of the business, it became necessary to find a larger facility to call home. As of 1/1/2010 we moved into our new facility located at 2308 25th Ave. Gulfport, MS 39501.
Credentials:
Recently, a couple of our recipes were published in a new cook book called "South Mississippi". We were also featured twice in the Sun Herald newspaper (view article) and (view article). Notable catering clients: Former Governor Ronnie Musgrove, Gubernatorial Candidate Dave Dennis, British Petroleum (1800 people, and Gulfport Chamber Commerce, to name a few. In addition, we are proud member of the Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce.
Our Specialties:
Though all of our selections have garnered praise from our clients, our seafood dishes are favorites of our clients, specifically our Crawfish Pie.
Delivery:
We provide full service catering as well as nationwide shipping for all of our "casserole to go" items.
